Currently, pcfury.com does not offer any price guarantee. The prices in our industry changes often and too quick for us to offer any such guarantee. If the order has not shipped, you can cancel the order. Then you may reorder the item at the lower price.

What is the difference between OEM and Retail items?
The retail and OEM versions usually contain the same product but differ in terms of packaging and extra software. The retail version of the product will usually include bundled software and possibly other offers all enclosed in a nice retail package, the kind you see on store shelves. Usually, the retail version will also feature a longer warranty. The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), White Box, or Brown Box versions will come in a plain box without any bundled software and other special offers. OEM versions are primarily targeted for people who build systems and cost less than the retail versions due to the reduced software bundle and lack of ostentatious packaging.

What is the warranty on pcfury.com products?
All products, except for CPU, memory, and refurbished products, are warranted for replacement ONLY for 30 days from the invoice date . CPU, memory, and refurbished productse warranted only for replacement only for 7 days from the invoice date.

Due to manufacturer policies, all packaged items with plastic clamshells, shrink wrap, special seals, or other types of packaging that sustains damage when opened are NON-RETURNABLE if the packaging has been OPENED. 15% restocking fee applies to all returns for refund.


Please note that any physical damage to any product will VOID the product\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physically damaged. pcfury.com will not honor warranty if CPU\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s pins are bent as well as if casing is either cracked, chipped, burnt or have sustained any type of physical damage. We highly recommend carefully reading the manufacturer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s instructions before installing your product.

Who covers the lifetime warranty mentioned on the pcfury.com website?
If our site states “Lifetime Warranty” for a product, pcfury.com covers the warranty.

What does \\\\\\\"Bare Card\\\\\\\", \\\\\\\"Bare Drive\\\\\\\", \\\\\\\"Drive Only\\\\\\\", or \\\\\\\"BULK\\\\\\\" item mean?
These brand new items come exactly as they are described. You will only receive the bare drive or the bare card and usually will not include any documentation, software, or accessories (most drivers and documentation can be downloaded from the manufacturer’s website).
