What methods of payment do we accept?

Notes:
- All Prepaid Orders (including Cashier's check) will take longer to process
because of the time needed for the check to clear.
- We do not accept Purchase Order, Fax, and C.O.D. orders.
- We do not accept International Credit Card.
- We do not accept International Money Order.
Can I pay by Money Order or Check?
You can place an order and pay by money order by selecting "Money Order" as the
payment method. Thereafter, you will receive detailed onscreen instructions. We
will require you to write the order number on your money order, print your
confirmation code, enclose the money order in an envelope and mail it to the
address listed.
Currently, we do not accept personal checks, company checks, and international
money order.
Why has my credit card been declined even though I have
“credit” in my account?
A credit card could be declined for various reasons. Some of which could include
invalid credit card number, expired card, in excess of daily limit, insufficient
credit. It is possible that the card number (or expiration date) was entered
incorrectly. You might attempt to carefully re-enter the information. Otherwise
contact your credit card company for information regarding your account.
Does pcfury.com know why my credit card has been
declined?
Our computer system performs all the credit card charges automatically. We are
not given a reason for a charge decline, we are only told that the charge has
been declined. Please verify your credit card number and expiration date. If no
resolution is reached within three business days, the order will be cancelled
and a notification will be sent by email. Consider contacting your credit card
company or bank for information regarding your account.
Why does pcfury.com need to verify my shipping
address? I’ve ordered from other companies online and they do not require
address verification.
In order to guard against credit card fraud, we need to verify that the billing
and shipping address on file for the credit card are the same. If they are
different, we must call your credit card company to verify the alternate
shipping address, which may result in a delay. To avoid any unnecessary delays,
please include your credit card issuer’s phone number (found on the back of your
credit card) in your customer account listing, or contact your credit card
issuer and add your alternate shipping address to your account.

I work for a government department in California that
is tax exempt. How do I place an order without getting charged for tax?
Place your initial order online and input the appropriate local CA tax rate in
the appropriate box on our ordering form. After you have submitted the order,
fax us at 586-790-0811 with your Government Tax Exempt permit and include the
sales order number. You will only need to submit this form once. We will refund
you the tax portion of your order. If you made several previous orders,
pcfury.com will refund your tax charge on those orders as well. Please feel
to contact us if you have any further questions.
Does pcfury.com offer a Dealers Discount or
Resellers Program?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a reseller or discount program. pcfury.com
currently negotiates the best possible prices and passes these discounts on to
our customers.
